Your Job

Backoffice Support Join our team and support legal processes behind the scenes no direct customer contact!

Your Tasks

Work with lawyers legal officers and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs)
Review and manage cases where passenger rights may not have been respected
Handle communications with NEBs in different countries
Ensure transport operators follow passenger rights regulations
Help resolve legal matters before they go to court

What Were Looking For

Fluent in Dutch both written and spoken

Good English skills (B2 level)

Attention to detail

Organized and reliable

Strong written communication skills

Comfortable working with legal and government bodies

International mindset and teamwork skills
