We are currently seeking a Freelance Business Travel Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Great knowledge in GDS tools and Corporate Travel.

This is a fulltime 1 year contract with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Type of contract : Freelance 40 hours

Working hours (CET time) : 24 / 7

• Actually mainly 3pm to 00 : 00 or early morning.

Weekends and public holidays worked : French public holidays certain Belgian Swiss (canton of Geneva) Canadian (Quebec and Ontario regions) Monegasque and Spanish (Barcelona region) public holidays.))

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Daytime backup service for travel agencies

Specialist in Corporate / Business Travel services

Business ticketing (GDS expertise in Amadeus or Sabre)

Travel Management Company (TMC) and provides customers with dedicated or shared travel consultants.

Handling incoming and outgoing telephone email and chat requests.

Provide information according to requests.

Booking modifying and cancelling air rail hotel and car rental services via our clients GDS or BtoB sites.

REQUIREMENTS :

At least 3 years experience in ticketing Business Travel Agent

Knowledge in Sabre Amadeus.

Multitask organised Expert in Corporate Travel Agent living in Portugal.

Languages : French English.

Team spirit empathy diplomacy flexibility and adaptability.

Reactive autonomous astute rigorous and able to control stress to deal with emergency situations.

Good knowledge of B2B / C sites

Fluency with IT tools essential autonomy and thoroughness.
