About the Role

As a Backend Senior Software Engineer at Gr4vy, you will work on our cloud payments orchestration platform, primarily using Python and FastAPI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence project architecture, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

Lead complex projects and collaborate across teams.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Work with product managers to deliver value iteratively.
Ensure operational stability through support and monitoring.
Set and improve engineering standards.
Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Strong experience with Python, especially FastAPI.

Knowledge of Starlette, asyncio, SQLAlchemy, pytest is a plus.

Experience writing high-quality tests and understanding software design principles.
