Your Role : What You'll Do

As a Remote Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will :

• Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Help users with account inquiries, transaction issues, payment processes, and general platform navigation.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clarity and comfort throughout the interaction.
• Answer questions about account security, billing, refunds, and service features.
• Log, categorize, and escalate issues when needed, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with service updates and policy changes to provide accurate and current assistance.
• Promote customer loyalty and trust by consistently offering top-tier service and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with internal support teams to resolve complex or sensitive issues.
