The Role / Responsibilities – Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead a dedicated product team within our Parcels & Xpress Platform . If you're driven by strategic problem-solving, can navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and are passionate about delivering impactful solutions, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities :

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Lead backlog prioritization, refining user stories and epics to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies to foster collaboration, team alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary link between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
• Drive measurable business outcomes by delivering impactful, scalable solutions that maximize value.
• Analyze data, feedback, and market trends to make informed, insight-driven decisions.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt strategies to ensure successful product delivery.

What You Bring : Agile Expertise :

Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking :

Technical Knowledge :

Containerization & Databases : Understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and databases like MongoDB Atlas , Postgres , and IBM DB2 .

Understanding of real-time data processing using Kafka .

Code Awareness : Familiarity with code structure, software architecture principles, and best practices. While not required to code, you can read and understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with developers.

Testing and Debugging : Understanding automated testing frameworks (unit, component, end-to-end). Able to define test cases and interpret test results. Skilled in analyzing logs and troubleshooting common issues.

Quality & Security : Knowledge of code quality tools like SonarQube . Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization flows to ensure secure and compliant solutions.

Experience & Education :

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in supply chain or logistics solutions. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
