At Eni , we are looking for a General Services Specialist within Plenitude Iberia in Santander, Spain . You will be responsible for managing and controlling of the maintenance of the installations of the Santander and Portugal offices.

As a member of the People, Culture & Services area at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for :

• Managing travel bookings : validation of fares, travel contracting and control of expenses applying the company's current regulations.
• Managing activities : organization of events, trips, transfers, fleet, etc.
• Supporting in administrative / operational processes, supplier tracking - Delivery of goods and services.
• Supervision and maintenance of the office supplies inventory.
• Social benefits support.
• Administrative management support.
• IT support.
• Reception of visitors, couriers, and packages.
• Internal communication : events, procedures, best practices, etc.
