Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Residential Department with the integration of a Marketing Manager for its Lisbon store.

Key tasks / activities :

Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media;
Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content;
Work with the department Director and manage the team and other stakeholders to maintain Savills’ digital presence;
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques;
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels;
Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience;
Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content;
Follow up all tasks inherent to the website backoffice.

Requirements, Skills and Experience :

Academic background in Marketing / Digital Marketing or similar;

Minimum 5-6 years experience in similar roles;

Expertise in B2C;

Previous experience in the real estate market will be valued;

Full professional proficiency in English – frequent communication with the international team;

Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends;

Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation;

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments;

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices;

Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends;

Strong project management and managerial skills.
