Tasks :

• You will support the expansion, administration, monitoring and optimization of the network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, router, switches) and the administration and installation of the server landscape (VMware, Windows Server, Citrix, HCL Notes).
• You carry out problem analysis, troubleshooting and support in the hardware and software area, server / client side.
• You record requirements for technical concepts and contribute to their creation
• You document the implemented solutions
• You manage and monitor external service providers
• You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support as well as support for user problems at the head office and the branch offices in Frankfurt am Main.
