Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic  Project Manager  to coordinate the implementation of  SAP in Iberia , for an  18 months project . This position is vital as it will ensure that the implementation takes place within deadlines and with the least impact on day-to-day operations. The Project Manager will work closely with all Essilor departments, such as Production, Sales, Finance, among others.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Follow up the scope of the project,  set timescales, determine the resources  required and define milestones.
• Co-ordinating the project team and collaborating with  other departments  and third parties to ensure the perfect execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress ( follow up meetings with Corporate ) and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful meetings.
• Organize and prepare the documentation for internal meetings with all departments to keep everyone informed about the progress of the streams.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
• Maintaining communication with stakeholders and reporting on the status of the project on a regular basis.
• Ensure that projects are completed within the established budget and timeframe.
