Job Title : Data Analyst (Power BI)

Location : Portugal

Work Regime : Full-time & Remote (based in Portugal)

Overview / Summary :

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our company, for Marketing Insights & Dashboards!

Responsibilities and Tasks :

Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI and Looker Studio;
Extract insights from unstructured data using text mining techniques;
Manage the full ETL process to ensure clean, structured, and analysis-ready data;
Provide in-depth insights into user behavior and marketing performance using GA4;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and shared goals.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements :

Skilled in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio to create clear, actionable reports and dashboards;

Experience in Text Mining techniques to extract insights from unstructured data;

Expertise in the full ETL process, ensuring data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis and decision-making;

Strong working knowledge of GA4, providing in-depth insights into user behavior and marketing performance;

Strong collaborative skills, fostering teamwork and cross-functional partnerships to achieve shared goals;

Committed to maintaining high standards of integrity and trustworthiness in all professional interactions;

High adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset;

Focused on continuous learning and improvement, with a drive for excellence and delivering high-quality results;

Excellent written and spoken English skills.
