Descrição da vagaA Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Proven working experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience with creating financial statements Strong leadership skills with a dedication to drive and achieve results Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese. Responsabilities :
- Oversee all accounting operations for diferent entities
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
- Mentor and develop a team of accountants, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, and performance evaluation
