Our Mission
Born from the Foodriders collective of gastronomy, design, tech and music professionals, Duro de Matar is Lisbon’s first third-wave taqueria. We obsess over provenance, local ingridients and the beat of the service line.
The Role
We need a hands-on FOH leader who can :
- Orchestrate a 350-cover day with flawless flow, from pre-shift brief to last taco served.
- Mentor a 6-person floor team - training, coaching and instilling hospitality that feels like hanging outside your favourite taco truck.
- Own guest recovery, online feedback and KPI performance (speed, NPS, covers per labour hour).
- Partner with the BOH and FOH teams to keep service and vibe perfectly in sync.

What You Bring
18 months+ FOH management in a high-volume, fast-casual or casual-dining concept.Fluent English; conversational Portuguese or Spanish a plus.Calm under pressure, sharp with POS & Google Workspace, and generous with feedback.You see every table as an opportunity to convert a first-timer into a regular.Location
