Summary :

We are currently hiring a Backend QA Automation Engineer to join an exciting project for a French company in the financial data analytics sector .

As a Backend QA, you will be part of a dedicated QA team responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks to ensure product quality from the ground up. You'll be working with Selenium and Cucumber to automate backend processes and APIs, ensuring seamless integration and performance of the system.

Location :

The team operates in a hybrid model , with two in-office days per week at our Lisbon office.

Your Profile :

Solid experience in backend test automation

Proficiency with Selenium , Cucumber , and Java or similar languages

Experience with API testing and automation

Strong understanding of test frameworks , test planning, and execution

Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Good communication skills in English

Nice to have :

Experience in the financial sector

Knowledge of CI / CD tools and practices

Familiarity with REST Assured or Postman for API testing
