Customer Care Specialist with Spanish

Our client specializes in computer programming and is seeking a Customer Care Specialist .

If you have experience in customer service, fluency in English or Spanish, and a passion for helping others, then this is your opportunity!

What will your duties be?

• Follow up on internal and external customer queries related to the organization's hardware and software products;
• Provide customer support by troubleshooting and processing quotes and orders;
• Achieve positive results by exceeding standards in first contact and customer satisfaction;
• Record every occurrence and customer-related information in the ticketing system;
• Work directly with the various levels of support to resolve problems;
• Contact the channel partner and distributor for all non-technical issues.
