We’re looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer / Tech Lead to lead the migration of data pipelines from Snowflake to Databricks. This is a critical role for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in data engineering, distributed computing, and leadership.

What You'll Do :

• Lead end-to-end migration of data pipelines from Snowflake to Databricks.
• Design, build, and optimize ETL workflows and data processing pipelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure smooth migration.
• Apply data engineering best practices to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify and implement cost-optimization opportunities for data infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in an Agile environment (Scrum).
• Ensure coding quality through real-time testing (Python, SQL, Tableau).
