Your Tasks
- Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents
- Sell cruise packages and suggest add-ons (cross-sell & upsell)
- Support with bookings and post-booking questions
- Give info about destinations, ships, documents, prices, and more
- Assist travel agents with managing bookings
