THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist for our CARE team in Portugal . You will contribute to innovative projects in Generative AI, including fine-tuning LLMs and evaluating Agentic systems, shaping AI-powered wellness solutions for millions.

Your work will involve developing cutting-edge AI to personalize wellness journeys, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative applications.

YOUR IMPACT

• Model Development & Fine-tuning : Deep learning techniques, Transformers, attention mechanisms, fine-tuning LLMs with LoRA, QLoRA.
• Function Calling & Tool Use : Designing mechanisms for dynamic API and database interactions within LLMs.
• Prompt Engineering : Creating instructions and templates for models, testing edge cases.
• Data Preparation : Curating datasets for training and fine-tuning models.
• Evaluation and Testing : Building frameworks for assessing AI performance, including automated and human-in-the-loop evaluations.
• LLM Observability : Monitoring systems for production behavior, metrics on hallucinations, latency.
• Research and Innovation : Staying current with AI research, sharing insights, testing approaches.
• Deployment : Collaborating with engineering to deploy models efficiently.

Who You Are
