Who We Are

Stafiz is a fast-growing SaaS startup that helps service companies optimize their operations. Our platform is used by consulting firms, IT providers, software vendors, and more across Europe to manage time tracking, project delivery, invoicing, expenses, and beyond.

We’re a team of around 30 people , based in Paris and Lisbon , and expanding every quarter. Our structure is organized around three key departments : Sales , Marketing , and Product / Development . We work in English, and value proactivity , collaboration , and continuous improvement .

To strengthen our Product team, we’re looking for a Product Manager who will help shape the vision of the product, define features, and guide development efforts. You’ll play a key role in making sure our software remains high-impact , intuitive , and tailored to client needs —in close collaboration with our Product Owner.

What You’ll Do :

Understand Customer Needs

• Lead discussions with internal teams (especially Customer Success) and directly with clients
• Gain a deep understanding of client use cases and workflows
• Research best practices and conduct competitor analysis

Define and Translate Product Vision

Detail user needs, edge cases, and validation criteria

Oversee Project Execution
