Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile :

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

Customer prospecting and management;
Recruitment and selection of IT candidates;
Resource management;
P&L management.

Profile :

Degree in Management Informatics, Business Management or Human Resources Management;

Minimum of 2 years of experience as Business Manager of an IT Consulting Company;

Experience in recruiting IT profiles;

Experience in business unit management;

Experience in commercial activities such as prospecting for new clients, finding new opportunities with existing clients and maintaining this base of clients;

Dynamism and proactivity;

Customer orientation.
