YOUR ROLE

Take the lead in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions in Sales or Service Cloud to meet clients’ specific needs.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and the technical environment.
Design, build, and deliver customized solutions using Salesforce and connected technologies.
Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration.
Conduct process analysis sessions and develop technological solutions.
Identify project issues and risks, presenting alternatives to resolve them.
Promote best practices and security guidelines.

YOUR PROFILE

At least X years of experience with Salesforce implementations.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Ability to provide training and guidance on Salesforce administration and implementation best practices.

Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification ( preferred )
