Unsere eigens entwickelte und KI-gestützte SaaS-Automatisierungsplattform, das Digital Compliance Office, unterstützt Startups und Mittelständler bei Compliance-Herausforderungen wie Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit oder Anti-Geldwäsche.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit  und unbefristet einen  Compliance Specialist mit Schwerpunkt AI & Informationssicherheit  (all genders) idealerweise in Porto, Portugal oder in Hamburg, Deutschland.

Compliance as a Service weiterentwickeln – mit dir als treibende Kraft

Du entwickelst und implementierst Compliance- und Informationssicherheits-Frameworks und formulierst klare User Stories für die technische Umsetzung. Du arbeitest eng mit Compliance-Expert : innen und Entwickler : innen zusammen, um regulatorische Anforderungen passgenau umzusetzen. Zudem treibst du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Compliance- und Security-Lösungen voran.

Dein langfristiges Ziel :   Du treibst die Produktstrategie maßgeblich voran, indem du neue Compliance-Bereiche erschließt und bestehende Systeme kontinuierlich optimierst – ein direkter Beitrag zum Kernversprechen des Digital Compliance Offices : Compliance einfach, automatisiert und kostengünstig zu gestalten.

Deine Hauptaufgaben wären :

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Compliance-Frameworks, inklusive passender Workflows, Vorlagen und Trainingsmaterialien.
  • Mit klar strukturierten User Stories und Feature-Spezifikationen bringst du neue Compliance-Anforderungen auf den Punkt und in den Entwicklungsprozess.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Compliance-Expert : innen und dem Entwicklungsteam sorgst du dafür, dass technische Anforderungen effizient umgesetzt werden.
  • Du analysierst neue regulatorische Anforderungen und integrierst sie in unsere bestehenden Systeme.
  • Du entwickelst Strategien für die modulübergreifende Integration von Compliance-Frameworks und bewertest deren Umsetzbarkeit.
  • Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Qualitätssicherung unserer Compliance-Inhalte liegt ebenso in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationsmanagement, Rechtswissenschaften mit IT-Affinität, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung mit Schnittstellenkompetenz zwischen Regulatorik und Technologie.
  • Du verfügst über ein solides Verständnis von Compliance-Anforderungen, insbesondere rund um DSGVO und ISO 27001.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Prozessen und Workflows mit und behältst dabei sowohl die Details als auch das große Ganze im Blick.
  • Komplexe Anforderungen kannst du in klare Strukturen übersetzen und arbeitest dich schnell in neue regulatorische Themen ein. Dabei ist deine Offenheit für Neues und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv, übernimmst Verantwortung und setzt Dinge mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative um.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams und in agilen Arbeitsumfeldern ist dir vertraut.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

    Developing compliance as a service - with you as the driving force

    As a Compliance Specialist at SECJUR, you transform regulatory complexity into user-friendly system solutions within the Digital Compliance Office platform. You are the key interface that combines compliance expertise with product development to create scalable frameworks that help companies meet their compliance requirements efficiently.

    Your long-term goal : You drive the product strategy forward by opening up new compliance areas and continuously optimizing existing systems - a direct contribution to the core promise of the  Digital Compliance Office : To make compliance simple, automated and cost-effective.

    Your main tasks are :

  • You develop and implement compliance frameworks, including suitable workflows, templates and training materials.
  • With clearly structured user stories and feature specifications, you bring new compliance requirements into the development process.
  • Working closely with compliance experts and the development team, you ensure that technical requirements are implemented efficiently.
  • You analyze new regulatory requirements and integrate them into our existing systems.
  • You will develop strategies for the cross-module integration of compliance frameworks and assess their feasibility.
  • You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement and quality assurance of our compliance content

    • Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics, information management, law with an affinity for IT, business law or a related field with interface competence between regulation and technology.
  • You have a solid understanding of compliance requirements, especially around GDPR and ISO 27001.
  • You have experience in designing processes and workflows, keeping an eye on both the details and the big picture.
  • You can translate complex requirements into clear structures and quickly familiarize yourself with new regulatory topics. Your openness to new ideas and continuous development is a matter of course for you.
  • You work proactively, take responsibility and implement things with a high degree of initiative.
  • You are familiar with working with development teams and in agile working environments.
  • Confident in communicating in German and English, both written and verbal
