Platform Engineer II to join our DPM Operations team. The DPM Operations team is accountable for the effective operation and support of solutions delivered by the DPM Product Development Teams. This accountability covers seven main areas :
- Supporting AWS Cloud Infrastructure
- Assist on Improve security engineering audit and compliance tasks including alert tuning, log collection
- installing, patching and upgrading DPM Products on our SaaS platform
- maintaining deployment and application infrastructure
- validating installation, configuration, release and promotion processes and procedures
- supporting the DW Product Development Teams’ releases and promotions through production
- monitoring the function and performance of DPM solutions
- automating and documenting Platform Engineer processes
- participating in the Platform Engineer on-call rotation schedule

What you will be doing :
DPM Product installation and configuration.Assist troubleshooting Platform errors.Trouble-shoot and assist with bugfixes for DPM Applications.Monitor DPM solutions’ function and performanceAutomate and document Platform Engineer processes.Participate in a 24 / 7 on-call rotationCollaborate with colleagues in architecture and development groupsInstall, configure and upgrade third party products and open-source solutionsBi-weekly off-hour maintenance activities performed within the required maintenance windowYou should have :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience with development and release processesNATO SECRET (NS) security classification or willingness to undergo screening to attain NATO Secret security clearanceExperience configuring, managing and upgrading servers and softwareKnowledge of database applications (Oracle) and Web Services (REST)Familiarity with version control, continuous integration and delivery tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory or related services like Azure DevOps, Salt, AWS CodeCommit / Build / Pipelines, BitBucket or GitLab)A desire to learn new things.
