Job description

Join our team and start a new adventure in a fast-paced and international environment where you will contribute to shaping the future of our workforce. As an HR Officer based in Porto, Portugal, you will be at the heart of Mantu’s human resources initiatives and processes, playing a vital role in fostering an exceptional employee experience.

Your missions

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Design and execute effective onboarding plans.
Develop and deliver training and development programs.
Assist in the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback.
Address disciplinary and grievance issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and compliance with policies.
Review and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws in Portugal.

Your profile

Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (completed or in progress).

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field.

Fluent in English and French, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

Eager to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.

Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
