Position : Customer Service Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
- Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
- Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain product and / or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customersPrevious Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applicationshigh priority placed on customer serviceCurious and persistent in solving issuesOrganised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situationsOFFER :
