Who You Are :

Fluent in German strong communicator in English

At least 12 months of experience in digital ads optimization (Google Meta TikTok etc.)

Intermediate-Advanced level Excel / Sheets expertise

Analytical mindset with deep understanding of KPIs and digital growth

Natural problem-solver fast learner and an innovation enthusiast

Ready for a hybrid work model and if needed excited to relocate to Lisbon
