Job Purpose
IWG is hiring a Technology Lead for front office technology to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of
technology that underpins centre operations and customer-facing service infrastructure. This hybrid role
spans both Centre Operations (e.g., task automation, staff enablement, workflow orchestration) and
Centre Technology (e.g., smart appliances, access control, collaboration tools).
You’ll lead solution design, implementation planning, and ongoing service improvement, ensuring our
centres run efficiently and delight customers. Working at the intersection of strategy, design, and
delivery, you will help shape the future of the IWG experience at scale.

Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership
Define and continuously refine the technology strategy for front office technology across CentreOperations and Centre Technology
Align technology initiatives with broader business goalsGuide investment decisions and technology selection through business cases and ROI analysisSolution Delivery & Innovation
Lead the design and deployment of scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency andservice quality across 3,500+ locations
Drive automation of centre operations tasks and workflowsOversee smart centre technology (e.g., access control, connectivity, IoT appliances) and itsintegration with service platforms
Evaluate and pilot new technologies to improve the in-centre experience and staff productivityStakeholder Collaboration
Partner with product managers, business analysts, and vendors to define requirements andprioritise delivery
Collaborate with Centre Teams, Facilities, Customer Service, and Security to shape technologythat supports daily operations
Governance & Standard
Ensure adherence to architectural, information security, and regulatory standardsMonitor solution performance, technical debt, and service incidents to drive continuousimprovement
Qualifications / Skills / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related; Master’s / MBA preferredExcellent English communication and executive level presentation skills.Proven experience in leading cross-functional delivery of complex technical solutionsStrong track record in areas such as digital workplaces, workflow orchestration, service design,IoT, employee enablement, smart office systems
Vendor evaluation, systems integration, and global technology rolloutExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiencesGood understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practicalapplication of existing, new and emerging technologies
Experience developing technology architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmapsExperience delivering presentations to senior-level executives and technical audiencesExposure and working level knowledge of working with and interfacing to global delivery teamsA solid understanding of business processe
