French Back Office Assistant (M / F) - Lisbon

We are recruiting French speakers for a position of a Back Office Assistant in Lisbon. Responsibilities : Keep track of different records and files Administrative tasks around the office Assisting and supporting management Requirements : native or C2 level of French  intermediate level of English  no previous experience is required Autonomous, with a great sense of organization and particularly at ease with office tools (especially Word and Excel), you are known for your interpersonal skills and your team spirit. Dynamic, reactive and organized, you know how to manage priorities and take initiatives. Great analytical rigor and ability to take initiatives will be your assets to succeed in this position. Working hours : from Monday to Friday from 8 to 5 hybrid schedule Benefits : permanent contract base salary + meal allowance health insurance
