What you will enjoy doing

  • You will support business product owners to formulate and prioritize requirements in agile and waterfall Salesforce projects
  • Also, you will advise the business to jointly achieve the best fitting solution for the respective business process
  • Will be part of your role build the bridge between the product owner and developers. Thus, translate requirements into functional and technical specifications in the Salesforce platform
  • You will work as part of a project team or you coordinate the delivery of enhancements independently
  • Additionally, you will resolve 2nd level application incidents
  • You will actively participate in the processes of digitization and automation of tasks, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation

What makes you great

  • You possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar area
  • You have gained at least 4 years of professional experience in a related industrial environment. Experience in IT consulting is a plus
  • Also, you have a confirmed functional and technical Salesforce skills
  • Furthermore you have a strong sense of the added value provided by the information system and you have a particular interest in understanding business processes
  • You should be used to describe precise specifications and be closely aligned with product owners and developers until successful delivery
  • Additionally, you are used to collaborate with several internal or external stakeholders to drive projects to success with your experience in agile methodologies (DevOps, Scrum, …)
  • Being able to work in an international and English-speaking environment is required
  • Also, you are willing to travel occasionally
  • You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

    This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08 : 00 hrs till 17 : 00 hrs.
