Your new role
- With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls
- Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided
- Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience
- Administrative tasks : documentation management and database updating
What you need to succeed
Polish and Englishfluent or bilingualComputer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel)Previous experience in customer service is a plusExcellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels)Ability to multi-task by working independently, while being a team playerWhat the company can offer you
