We specialize in acquiring and monetizing mobile subscribers for Mobile Network Operators and Digital Content Providers across Africa. Through performance-driven marketing, deep platform expertise, and strategic partnerships, we scale Value-Added Services (VAS) profitably and at speed.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on performance marketing manager, with extensive knowledge and experience in mVAS, mobile products and subscriptions, to join our digital marketing team at SayHi. This is not just a campaign management role — we need someone who has a wealth of knowledge in the mVAS space and can build and scale high-performing acquisition campaigns end-to-end across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Instagram.
You’ll be responsible for :
- Designing campaign strategies
- Building and launching campaigns from scratch
- Managing budgets and scaling winners
- Driving down CPAs and increasing LTVs
- Transferring expertise (IP) into our team to help us scale faster

Key Responsibilities
Build and launch full-funnel paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and InstagramOwn end-to-end performance of campaigns (setup, audience, bidding, creative strategy, scaling)Monitor daily performance and optimize towards CPA, ROAS, and LTV goalsPerform A / B testing across creative, copy, audience segments, and landing pagesProvide weekly performance analysis and insights to internal stakeholdersResearch competitor strategies and explore new channel opportunitiesCreate repeatable campaign frameworks, reporting templates, and SOPs to scale digital effortsAdvise on tracking, attribution, and analytics improvementsRequirements
Minimum 2 years e xperience in mVAS, mobile products and subscription funnels is a must. Applicants without mVAS experience will not be considered
Additional requirements
3–5+ years of experience building and managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok is a mustProven ability to scale campaigns with performance KPIs (e.g. CPA, ROAS, LTV)Deep platform knowledge — media buying is your craftProficient in performance reporting and analysis using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel / Google SheetsStrong creative and messaging instincts — you know what hooks workHighly autonomous, structured thinker, and able to operate in a fast-paced environmentBonus : Experience working in a B2C mobile or telecom environmentWhat We Offer
