Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am 5pm

Contract Type : Permanent (180day probation)

Salary & Benefits :

Annual Base Salary : 23000

Premium Bonus (Monthly) : 2460

Meal Allowance : 7.63 per workday (paid in meal card net amount)

Transportation Bonus (Yearly) : 720

Totaling / year gross

Yearly Target Bonus : 5% of the gross annual base salary 1 150 / year

Relocation Support (for candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal) :

Bureaucratic assistance for NIF and NISS registration

Help finding housing based on individual needs

Key Responsibilities :

Optimization Strategy : Implement cuttingedge optimization solutions for digital ad campaigns focusing primarily on Google Ads including the Search Network Mobile and YouTube.

Ad Management : Create and refine keyword packs set bids and manage budgets to ensure the most efficient ad spend for clients.

Data Analysis : Dive deep into data and trends to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.

Reporting & KPI Management : Regularly report on campaign performance analyze key metrics and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.

CrossPlatform Expertise : Develop your expertise across Google products continuously staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure topnotch campaign performance.

What We Are Looking For :

Experience : Minimum of 12 months of experience in optimizing digital ad campaigns (preferably on platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads TikTok or similar).

Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.

Excel Proficiency : Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

Understanding KPIs : Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how they drive campaign success.

Languages : Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
