In July 2024, Indie Campers announced the successful completion of a Series B funding round, later increased to a total of €62 million. This investment will support the key pillars for growth; further expanding our international footprint, maturing our digital product & Tech infrastructure, scale teams and allow us to explore inorganic growth (M&A) opportunities.

Role Overview

The VP RV Sales is a pivotal role responsible for building and scaling a leading global commercial operation to facilitate the demands of this high-growth business. This role requires expertise in driving strategic, commercial, and operational change in a global setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transition from a rental-focused to an integrated sales model, including the implementation of fleet renewal and de-fleeting strategies.
• Mature the European B2A and B2B business lines across Europe and APAC
• Scale the B2C sales operation globally for next stage of global growth.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs by capitalising on emerging market opportunities.
• Lead the development of ancillary financial products to further expand the market
• Oversee the transition from a rental-focused to an integrated sales model, including the implementation of fleet renewal and de-fleeting strategies.
• Hire, train, and develop a global team
• Foster a culture of sales accountability and ethical behaviour within the organization.
