  • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for our SaaS platform's web applications, APIs, and backend microservices.
  • Build and maintain performance testing frameworks using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, or similar.
  • Create realistic load simulations based on usage patterns of SaaS customers across multiple regions and tenants.
  • Analyze performance test results and system metrics (CPU, memory, I / O, latency, throughput) using tools like Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog.
  • Work with DevOps to test in production-like environments and automate performance testing in CI / CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and inform capacity planning.
  • Monitor and validate adherence to SLAs and SLOs across services, particularly during scale-up events or product launches.
  • Support engineering teams by recommending optimizations and tuning strategies across application tiers (app, database, cache, etc.).
  • Provide detailed, data-driven reports with insights and recommendations for technical and product stakeholders.
  • Advocate for performance best practices in design, implementation, and infrastructure decisions.
  • Continuously improve tooling, automation, and test coverage for performance testing at scale.

  • 3+ years of experience in performance testing for high-availability, high-throughput SaaS applications
  • Skills & Expertise :

  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, or LoadRunner.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architectures.
