What will you be doing at Miniclip?

Manage Store Submissions and Releases

  • Lead the game release process from prep to approval, tracking status and resolving issues quickly so that launches stay on schedule.
  • Align with product, marketing, and ASO teams to ensure timely delivery of metadata and creative assets for store submissions.
  • Ensure early store submissions, addressing delays / rejections, and adapting launch strategies.
  • Proactively update stakeholders on release timeline delays or rollout plan impacts.

Maintain Operational Visibility

  • Maintain centralized tracking tools for upcoming releases and live issues, flagging key changes for studio-wide visibility and decision making.
  • Update the studio release calendar and tracking tools promptly with any changes to ensure stakeholders have the latest operational information.
  • Share relevant updates and blockers transparently to maintain alignment.
  • Execute Risk Assessments

  • Proactively manage risk throughout the game lifecycle by monitoring app vitals and collaborating with internal teams and developers pre- and post launch.
  • Document identified risks and share assessments with relevant stakeholders within 24 hours of planning or scoping to enable timely action.
  • Maintain and reference risk records for all active games.
  • Own Compliance Checks & Requirements

  • Coordinate with developers on platform compliance requirements, confirming alignment with store policies and legal regulations.
  • Perform final compliance checks.
  • Coordinate Tech Integrations

  • Monitor SDK implementation and coordinate issues resolution to ensure successful releases.
  • Track integration progress and inform stakeholders of obstacles.
  • Support Collaboration Frameworks

  • Facilitate predictable and purposeful collaboration across teams.
  • Ensure clear agendas, documented decisions, and action items in your own project meetings.
  • Assist your lead in Process Improvements

  • Flag recurring manual tasks for simplification.
  • Test and provide feedback on new processes / tools.
  • Share context to improve team processes.
  • What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years in mobile-game operations.
  • Experience supporting live game release cycles including SDK implementations, server updates, compliance requirements and store submissions, with an understanding of how those components come together to deliver a successful soft / global launch or live update.
  • Familiar with Analytics / MMP / app monitoring tools such as : Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer.
  • Basic familiarity with code and SDK integrations, and the confidence to use that knowledge to communicate clearly and effectively with developers.
  • Skilled facilitator with strong written and verbal communicator, adept at tailoring messages for global teams.
  • Deep understanding of mobile gaming lifecycle, platform requirements (iOS & Android) and privacy regulations (Data Privacy, GDPR, Lootboxes, etc.).
  • Knowledge of other game distribution platforms (Steam, PC, Arcade, Console) it’s a plus.
