What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide first-class phone, email, and chat support to Apple’s small and medium-sized business clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiency
  • Work in a dynamic and international environment alongside passionate and supportive colleagues
  • Be part of a brand that values innovation, excellence, and user experience

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
  • Excellent communication, multitasking , and problem-solving skills
  • Logical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Valid high school diploma and a clean criminal record

    • Salary & Benefits

  • With free accommodation : approx. €1,300 / month gross
  • Without accommodation : approx. €1,550 / month gross
  • Bonus : Up to €200 / month based on performance
  • Additional €300 / month if you opt for no company housing
