Customer Service Digital Wallet (Dutch Speaker)

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date : 3 July 2025

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 08 : 0017 : 00

Days Off : Saturday & Sunday

Work Model : Remote (First month on-site training)

Contract : 6-month CDD

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary : 1,100 gross per month x 14 payments
Meal Allowance : 7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance : 20 per month
Health Insurance : Available from day 1 (free after 6 months; small contribution required initially)
Welcome Bonus : Paid in 4 installments (up to 1,000; absenteeism
Relocation Support (for candidates moving to Lisbon) :

Airfare reimbursement : Up to 400 (after 6 months)

Accommodation : Room in shared apartment max 12 months (280 / month with all utilities included, deducted from salary)

Welcome Bonus Details

Paid in 4 equal installments (provided absenteeism is below 6%)

1st : After 3 months (paid in month 4)

2nd : After 6 months (paid in month 7)

3rd : After 9 months (paid in month 10)

4th : After 12 months (paid in month 13)

Who Can Apply

Dutch native / fluent speaker

EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or relevant Visa (under consultation)
