At Asenium, we are searching for a Microsoft Customer Insights Consultant with strong experience in data integration, advanced analytics, and Power Platform tools.
Work Model : Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Location : Lisbon

Responsibilities
- Support the configuration of customer profiles, customer segmentation, and behavioral analysis
- Use advanced analytics tools to extract insights into customer behavior
- Conduct customer segmentation using classifying customers based on diverse criteria
- Develop and execute testing strategies for data projects
- Provide documentation and support throughout the process
Must-Have Requirements
4+ years of experience in similar rolesProven involvement in multiple projects with MS Customer InsightsStrong ability to integrate data from various sources to build centralized data repositoriesExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its connectivity with Customer InsightsExperience with Power BI, especially for creating dynamic dashboardsFamiliarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Azure, and the Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)Understanding of data integrations and processing methods for export to external platformsFluency in Portuguese and English is mandatoryInterested candidates can send their CV, rate, and availability to or apply directly.
