Targeted Qualifications
Fluency in German Language, C1 / C2 level.Fluency in English Language, B2 level.Ability to quickly learn new software and technologiesStrong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, chat, social media).Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced or evolving support environment.Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues with guidance.Previous experience in customer service would be plusOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic understanding of customer service principles and the ability to follow standard procedures.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Interpersonal Skills
