We seek a FullStack Developer willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Hybrid working mode with base in Porto.

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic, cross-border team working on modern technology solutions within the financial services industry. The role requires strong technical expertise in Java Spring Boot and React, leadership skills, and effective communication with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fullstack Development :
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot (backend) and React (frontend), ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Team Collaboration :
• Act as the communication bridge between the Porto team and the Paris Tech Lead. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc.).
• Progress Reporting :
• Share updates on task status, blockers, and timelines with transparency during team meetings.
• Risk Management :
• Proactively identify and communicate project risks and challenges, proposing mitigation strategies when needed.
• Quality & Documentation :
• Write technical documentation, define and implement automated tests, conduct code reviews, and support deployment processes on OpenShift.
• Mentorship :
• Support and guide junior developers, foster a collaborative team environment, and promote continuous improvement and learning.
