As a Customer Support Representative you will :
- Assist customers across multiple channels addressing their inquiries regarding subscriptions billing technical troubleshooting and other topics .
- Deliver clear and effective solutions ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while supporting customers through their concerns.
