Gross salary for the Dutch market : €850 + €770 Language Bonus + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus (up to €130 / month)

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Help with orders, exchanges , and identify upselling opportunities
- Ensure accurate case tracking and timely follow-up
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal policies
- Collaborate with your team to meet quality KPIs and boost customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For :
Fluent Italian – mandatoryStrong English skills – written and spokenPrevious experience in customer support (ideally in a contact center or B2B setting)Ability to multitask , adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat’s On Offer :
