We are looking to recruit a Business Administrator to support the Europe Hub in commercial and financial management. You will be responsible for supporting with all commercial / financial related tasks for the countries you are responsible for, enabling a complete and transparent analysis of SE Real Estate business as well as liaising with the local business.
Responsibilities
- Support with IFRS 16 and implementation / alignment of guidelines and principles; ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Validating and approving of invoices, preparation of accruals
- Budgeting / Forecasting and actual reporting at country level
- Analyses and monitors targeted finance results (Gross Cost, Free Cashflow, Profit and capex) and creates regular reports to management
- Preforms financial analysis regarding trends, assets, cash and liabilities
- Support FIN superior in identification and implementation of savings measures and ensure accurate reporting and documentation
- Steer, monitor and control Zone financial and operation performance including analysis of maintenance
- Support in implementing process improvements, initiatives and new business tools
- Maintains working relationships with external service providers / suppliers and Business Areas
Required knowledge and experience :
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or similarMore than 3 years working in a similar controlling role.Previous experience working in a numerical or financial environment is required.The post holder should be accounting qualified, with previous SAP experience.The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business.Ability to adapt and learn new skillsEnglish speaking required (Italian / French / Danish / Spanish speaking would be an advantage)Offer :
