Job Description

How will you contribute to Success?

Given the high impact on performance through best practice adoption and execution across our maturing GTM technology stack, we seek a Business Development Operations Lead to join our leadership team to own & orchestrate this across our international operations. Reporting to Renske Van De Poll, Snr Manager, Business Development.

You will be responsible and accountable for :

• Driving BD adoption, aligned with recognized best practices and enablement across Drift and 6Sense, while liaising with Business Development Leadership and Demand Generation teams.
• Orchestrating BD content creation for outreach, ensuring continual alignment with Business Development Leadership, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, utilizing performance analytics from tools such as SalesLoft and Marketo.
• Managing the operational relationship between SalesLoft and Unit4, maximizing the use and functionality of SalesLoft across the BD team.
• Owning, reviewing, and analyzing BD KPIs and outreach performance metrics in SalesLoft.
• Enablement : Responsible for orchestrating onboarding and ongoing enablement in collaboration with our Global Sales Enablement Manager.
