Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product details order issues and general support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues as needed.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
Fluency in German (C2 level) and solid communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused attitude.Flexibility to work 24 / 7 rotational shifts including weekends.Must be available to work onsite in Braga .What We Offer
