Operations Customer Expert - English Market

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and excited by the world of digital advertising We are looking for a Customer Expert to support small and medium-sized businesses SMBs using a globally recognized online advertising platform.

As part of our client's operations team, your primary mission will be to assist business clients in maximizing the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns. You will communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone, guiding them both before and after their advertising purchases.

Your Responsibilities

Provide customer support to SMBs using digital advertising tools and services

Deliver pre- and post-sales guidance and assistance

Help clients navigate advertising products and self-service tools

Work toward improving customer satisfaction CSAT through empathy, professionalism, and product expertise

De-escalate sensitive situations and handle client data with discretion

Demonstrate a customer-first attitude in every interaction

What Were Looking For

Fluency in English C1 level verbal and written

• Already residing in Lisbon, Portugal (no relocation assistance is provided for this role)

A positive and empathic communicator

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable handling sensitive information

Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new tools and platforms

Working Conditions

Workplace : On-site in Lisbon modern office facilities near Entrecampos

Hours : 40 hours per week 8-hour shifts plus 1-hour break, rotational schedule including weekends and holidays

Holidays : 22 days annually in line with Portuguese law plus compensation for working public holidays

Next Steps
