About the Role :

We are looking for a Network Expert with hands-on experience supporting LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructures. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our network environment, working closely with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Wintel, Security, Unix, Backup) and business stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Support and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
• Administer DNS and DHCP services
• Provide technical support to end-users for connectivity issues
• Document network configurations and maintenance procedures
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations
• Ensure network security best practices are followed
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Create documentation to support development and integration teams
