Role : Microsoft Endpoint & M365 Administrator.

Location : Hybrid, Lisbon.

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Endpoint & M365 Administrator;
• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft SCCM / MECM and Intune;
• Managing and maintaining SCCM / MECM and Intune platforms (updates and health checks);
• Troubleshooting and optimizing endpoint management performance;
• Software distribution, security patching, and compliance policy enforcement;
• Managing hardware and software inventory with SCCM / MECM;
• Unified endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android using Intune;
• Configuring device profiles, compliance policies, mobile app (MAM) and device (MDM) management;
• Supporting data protection via Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration;
• Creating custom reports and supporting audit processes;
• Integrating endpoint management with security tools like Microsoft Sentinel;
• Administering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive;
• Managing permissions, groups, secure document sharing, and DLP policies;
• Handling incident resolution and service requests related to Microsoft 365;
• Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
