A sua nova função
The Master Scheduler is responsible for aligning customer demands with production activities to ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.
- Serve as the liaison between customer requirements and production planning
- Develop monthly Sales & Operations Planning to optimize resources including personnel, machines, materials, and supplier readiness
- Lead the Master Production Scheduling to stabilize production flows while accommodating customer demand fluctuations
- Monitor inventory pools and safety stock levels
- Ensure procurement processes and sequencing align with production planning
- Maintain proactive communication with customers
- Manage alert systems for potential supply chain disruptions
