What will you be doing at Miniclip?

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our hybrid IT infrastructure, ensuring its high availability, security, and performance. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit IT team, leveraging your expertise to support our on-premises and cloud-based systems. This role demands a proactive, mid or senior-level professional with extensive experience in advanced IT solutions and a passion for innovation within a dynamic gaming environment.

Key Responsabilities

  • Infrastructure Management : Manage and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure across several countries. Monitor, patch and harden systems according to best practices and compliance standards. Develop, test and maintain backups and disaster recovery plans.
  • Cloud Operations : Manage and enhance Azure-based services (Azure Identity, Networking, Security, Storage, Compute) and Google Workspace for seamless collaboration.
  • Endpoint Management : Deploy and maintain Jamf and Microsoft Intune for device management across macOS and Windows environments.
  • Network Infrastructure : Collaborate on network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, site-to-site connectivity and access controls.
  • Collaboration Tools : Administration of Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint. OneDrive and LucidLink for efficient file sharing and team productivity.
  • Incident Resolution : Diagnose and resolve complex incidents and act as an escalation point for the IT Support Team, providing a rapid response while maintaining system uptime and performance.
  • Strategic Contribution : Partner with the Lead SysAdmin to design IT strategies and support digital transformation initiatives. Contribute to incident response planning, DR testing and infrastructure engineering.
  • Documentation and Training : Maintain detailed system documentation and mentor junior team members to uphold operational standards.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a skilled communicator with a highly technical background and who has deep hands-on experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to design, troubleshoot, and improve systems across cloud and on-prem platforms.

  • Extensive experience in Azure (Identity, Networking, Security, Storage, Compute).
  • Solid experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Hands-on expertise with Jamf and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
  • Good knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktops deployments and automations (ARM, Bicep or Terraform).
  • Build and maintain Conditional Policies and GPO’s.
  • Manage authentication methods (MFA, Passkeys...) and security policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • Build SSO connections between idP’s and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of technologies and protocols like VMware vSphere, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SAML, LDAP.
  • Relevant Windows Server experience.
  • Confident using PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate tasks and manage systems.

  • Fluently speak and write English.
