Your new role

Seeking a skilled IT professional with solid experience in digital systems supporting asset development projects. This role will lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of tools used across engineering, construction, and capital project environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in IT systems integration, data management, and user support, with a ‘clear’ understanding of the digital needs in complex project lifecycles.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT systems support, ideally within asset development or capital project environments;
• Solid knowledge of engineering information systems, project delivery platforms, and asset lifecycle management tools;
• Strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting;
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), APIs, and system integration is an advantage;
• Familiarity with IBM Maximo or similar asset management systems is considered a plus;
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus;
• Project management skills and a good understanding of asset development processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation;
• A willingness to stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends;
• Previous experience in the renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sector;
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
